Information clause in the university recruitment process

In accordance with the article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) here in after referred to as Regulation, we inform that:

1.     The administrator of your personal data is Stefan Batory Academy of Applied Sciences Batorego, Batorego 64C 96-100 Skierniewice with registered office at.

2.     In matters concerning your personal data, you can also contact the Inspector of Data Protection in the Stefan Batory Academy of Applied Sciences to the email address: iod@ansb.pl. Inspector of Data Protection is not responsible for other matters, such as conducting recruitment for studies, providing advice related to recruitment for studies, accepting recruitment documents.

3.     Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment procedure for studies and in accordance with the article 6, paragraph 1 (c) of the Regulation for it is necessary to fulfil the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator and to implement tasks executed within the public authority entrusted to the administrator or may be necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.

4.     Your personal data is processed only for the purpose of achieving the purpose indicated in point 3, for 6 months after the end of the recruitment process, and in the case of admission to studies in accordance with the course of studies, and then will be archived and stored for 50 years.

5.     Access to your personal data will be available to authorized employees of the Stefan Batory Academy of Applied Sciences, including members of the Recruiting Committee. Your personal data may be made available to podmioty uprawnione na podstawie przepisów prawa

6.     Providing personal data is facultative, if you do not provide it, you will not be able to participate in the recruitment procedurę.

7.     You are entitled to access your personal data and  to correct it or limit the processing. In the case of finding that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation, you are entitled to bring a complaint to the supervisory authority, that is to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.

Consent clause

I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of the recruitment process for studies and documenting the course of studies, and their use for statutory, archival, and statistical purposes. I acknowledge that the administrator of personal data is Stefan Batory Academy of Applied Sciences  (Batorego 64C, 96-100 Skierniewice). I am aware that providing data is voluntary but necessary for the realization of the purposes for which they were collected, and I also have the right to access the content of my data and correct them. The legal basis for processing the data of a candidate for studies is the Act of July 20, 2018, Higher Education Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668, as amended).

Data Errors

I acknowledge that Stefan Batory Academy of Applied Sciences is not responsible for incorrect data entry by the candidate in the IRK system.
